2014: Coming back after a two month lull at the end of 2013 and preparing for the UTMB TDS.

2013: Several ultras leading up to my attempt at the UTMB.

2012: Preparing to run the Lakeland 100 miler (again but a bit quicker), failing to get in to the UTMB, painting and other stuff.

2011: Preparing to run the Lakeland 100 miler

2009 onwards: General running stuff

2008: A log of preparation for my second Jungfrau Marathon.

2007: A log of how I prepared to run the Jungfrau Marathon in aid of Brain Tumour UK and in memory of my younger brother Tony who died in May 2006 from a brain tumour.
