Thanks for visiting my blog. I hope you enjoy it. Please leave a comment to let me know that you've been here. There are several phases to this blog:

2014: Coming back after a two month lull at the end of 2013 and preparing for the UTMB TDS.

2007: A log of how I prepared to run the Jungfrau Marathon in aid of Brain Tumour UK and in memory of my younger brother Tony who died in May 2006 from a brain tumour.
